Web applications

From product sites to accounts, billing and admin tooling. Localization and accessibility go in from the first commit rather than being bolted on. Deployed to the edge, so it is fast wherever it is opened.

How we work

What we build matters less
than how we keep it running.

We don’t build things that only work in one country
Languages, time zones and payment methods bolted on afterwards are imitations of the real thing. Designing for several countries from the start changes the structure itself. We look at Korea, Japan and the United States together.
We don’t separate building from maintaining
Shipping is a waypoint, not the end. Maintenance is not what happens after development — it is development. No software is ever finished; it only gets closer than it was yesterday.
We build fast and check fast
Making the thing beats arguing about what it might do. We revise based on what actually happened when it ran, and we keep a record of what didn’t work, and why. Remembering only what worked is how the same mistake comes back.
